Welcome to C.K. Mack as non-accredited Investor!
This is a unique offering that is available solely to Montana and Washington residents.
SEC regulations typically limit these types of investments for non-accredited investors, allowing only the most affluent to benefit from their returns. Now, through working with the State of Montana and Washington, resident of any of the state is able to participate in the rental cash flow revolution.
What we do
Our investment platform takes the cash flow from rented real estate to create a new investment product that provides you with monthly returns. First, we buy rental properties and find quality tenants. We manage the properties and take care of any issues that come up, just as we would with any other rental property. When rent comes in, we take out all of the typical fees and escrows for potential disasters. Everything that is left over is then distributed to you, the investor. The ROI we estimate on our investment page takes into account all of the escrows and fees. We distribute rent on a monthly basis and we have an in-house buyback program for when you are ready to divest.
With our minimum investment of only $25, you can start investing every month to help build your retirement.
